2. Service Description
Our Service provides customers with a convenient and professional laundry service. We will collect, wash, dry, fold, and deliver your laundry to your specified location.
3. Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed through our website, or by calling our customer service line. Payment for our Service can be made through our website or over the phone. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
4. Pickup and Delivery
We will pick up and deliver your laundry at the location specified in your order. Our pickup and delivery times are Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. We will do our best to accommodate special requests for pickup and delivery times, but we cannot guarantee that these requests will be met.
5. Damage and Loss
While we take every precaution to ensure that your laundry is handled with care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to your items. We recommend that you inform us of any items that are particularly delicate or valuable.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. If you cancel your order after this time, or if you fail to be present at the pickup location at the scheduled time, we will not be able to provide a refund.
7. Limitations of Liability
Our liability to you in connection with any product or service purchased through our Service is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product or service.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of our Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
